What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ usually depends on the type of fabric. For most woven and knit fabrics, the MOQ is around 1000 yards/meters per color. However, for stock lots, we can accept smaller quantities. Please contact us for specific details.

Can I get fabric samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes, absolutely! We provide A4 size swatches or sample yardages for quality approval. You can visit our office in Uttara to see the samples physically, or we can send them to your address (courier charges may apply).

How long does shipping take from China to Bangladesh?

Shipping time depends on the method:

  • By Sea: Approximately 25-35 days to Chittagong Port.
  • By Air: Approximately 5-7 days to Dhaka Airport.
What are your payment terms?

We generally accept L/C (Letter of Credit) or TT (Telegraphic Transfer). For new clients, we may require a deposit before production starts. Payment terms can be discussed based on the order volume.

Do you handle customs clearance?

We work on CNF (Cost & Freight) or FOB (Free on Board) basis. We can help arrange the logistics from China to Bangladesh. For customs clearance at Chittagong or Dhaka, usually, the buyer's C&F agent handles it, but we can recommend trusted agents if needed.
